Refund policy

Returns are allowed only on new products in unopened cartons in resalable condition, with prior approval by The Lighting Factory. All Returns must be accompanied with a valid receipt, unless the customer has an established account. All Returns are Subject to a 30% Restock fee if returned within 30 days of Purchase. Returns will not be accepted after 30 days from date of purchase. Defective material is subject to Return based upon the Manufactures Stated Warranty.

All returned merchandise is subject to inspection before credit is authorized. Credit may be allowed only for products and quantities as verified by The Lighting Factory, and will be calculated from the lower of the original price or the current price. Refunds will be issued in the same form as payment originally used for purchase.
All returns must be sent freight prepaid except in the case of a shipping error by The Lighting Factory.

Please call during normal business hours to request a return authorization number (RMA Number). To return a product an RMA number must be referenced on the return shipment to The Lighting Factory, returns will not be allowed without a return authorization number; items returned to The Lighting Factory without an RMA number will either be refused or discarded without credit. Special ordered items non-returnable. Freight charges are also non-refundable.

Due to the change in the market from HID/Fluorescent to LED, HID/Fluorescent products are not eligible for returns - ALL SALES FINAL
